Engagement session with an Editorial Photography Twist!

The city of Toronto was recently a witness to an unusual engagement photography session in the posh corridors of the Trump hotel!

It was the celebratory commencement of Aashif and Farrah’s union. And the duo wanted it to be in same élan, the way they led their lives. When they skimmed through a bunch of photos for inspiration, they knew going the regular way wasn’t their cup of tea. The hunt started for some interesting places other than usual beaches, lakes and gardens. Aashif and Farrah had many shoots subsequently. From forests to factories to high-rise hotels, and event spaces reconfigured to speak of abstractness!

A little unsatisfied and simultaneously wanting a more chic streak to her engagement shoot, Farrah knew the twist to her engagement photo shoot would come by going a little out of the way! Creatively, tough! Farrah and Aashif hired an editorial photographer in Oshawa to give their pre-wedding photo shoot an editorial touch. Sounds quite but unusual but the results are all here to speak for themselves. The product has turned out more charming than expected. This remarkable engagement session had an editorial photography twist to its pre-nuptial flavor!

The venue befitting this editorial shoot was selected by Aashif and Farrah themselves. They chose the classy Trump hotel to be their ‘it’ destination for the editorial shoot, with perfect complement of right attire. The complete shoot just took off and landed with equal panache.

Editorial photography very thinly separates itself from the ubiquitous fashion photography, which almost pops its head out even in Facebook profile pictures! But here’s the tip to identify and demarcate editorial pictures from the rest commercial high-fashion pictures: anything that supports a print or web copy is an editorial picture. It’s nothing like an advertisement where products or services are merely marketed!

A beautiful wedding summoned in an exotic destination!

When Mike popped the question to Sara, she didn’t exactly expect the same coming her way! But it wasn’t quite a mystery either for Mike, because he knew what Sara would reply back to him. The positive anticipation was quite obvious as the two have had a long and hearty companionship ever since they first started dating.

So once the kisses and smiles and tears and the yeses were done with, it was now time for the two to exchange rings and confirm their wedding vows. But as fate had it in store, they both were destined to have a much coveted destination wedding. Or, let’s just presume that Sara and Mike always knew that a destination wedding prospect was their perfect calling.

Even before you could guess, they had already handpicked their marriage venue. Amidst the saucy sexiness of Latinos and jaw-dropping exotic locales, Mike and Sara chose Maya Riviera to be their wedding destination. This beautiful Mexican region served a great platter of scenic beauty, Latino charm and ideal day lighting, to celestially enhance the overall aura that this wedding exuberated.

On the wedding day everything was PERFECT from top to bottom, left to right, and in every direction, way! The duo looked stunning in pristine white attires (both of 'em) against wide-sweeping, serene cobalt-blue waters. And to top it all, the warm presence of family and close friends just played the perfect background for a fabulous destination wedding photography.

Here’s what Mike and Sara’s destination wedding photographer had to say about this whole beautiful nuptial event: “You can tell when they look at each other, like there is no one else in the room. I was excited to capture their love, their story, their wedding and with the back drop of beautiful Mexico, the images would be awesome… The wedding was beautiful, so beautiful and so magical!”

With that the photographer bid adieu to the couple saying, Mike and Sara, may your love last forever and may your bottle of tequila always be full.
